Considering the variety of choices that go into making a championship belt, the cost of each belt will vary. However, we can say that our prices are fair. We know that there are other belt-makers you could choose from but we can promise that we will do our best to design and craft for you a belt that you can truly be proud to make an investment on. Even though we’re a relatively new company, individually we have over twenty years experience in the commercial art, design and cartoon art fields, all under the employ of the very best in the business. The metal etchers and leather craters we employ have decades of experience in their specialized fields, and we’re growing creatively and in our belt making craft each and every day. Unlike many other belt-makers, all of our belts are 100% made in the United States of America. The following list of prices are not absolute. Certain creative choices made by the customer (larger plates or smaller plates than standard, etc) can increase or decrease the total cost of any particular belt. But in most cases, the following will be our standard pricing list.

By submitting an order, you agree to the following:

CANCELLATION

All sales are final without conditions because these belts are customized and unique goods. NO refunds or cancellations will be allowed once full scale production begins.

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of all of our belts. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Any issues with your order MUST be addressed as soon as possible. All products are covered under warranty for a minimum of 60 days, Warranty includes defects and repairs on your behalf within the warranty period. This applies to the leather coming apart or if the plates are falling off. After the warranty period, if product repairs are needed, we’re still available to assist*, please contact us for more information.

Payment information

We accepts the following forms of payment: Cashiers Checks, US Postal Money Orders and PayPal. A $30 fee will be assessed for all returned checks. If paying via PayPal you must add an additional 3.5% to your order to cover transaction fees.

Payment for all estimated graphic design and contingency costs must be made before any work is started on a project. If you elect to place a deposit of 50% down to get things started, once your artwork/final design is approved, the remaining balance of the custom belt order must be paid in full before production begins.

DELIVERY PERIOD / TERMS

We will provide the initial draft concepts to you within the time-frame agreed upon in the initial consultation. Please note that if we are experiencing higher than usual demand, your design will be scheduled for the next available time slot and you will be notified at the earliest possible time. We will post the initial designs in an email or to a web site for review by you. You will then be able to view your draft designs and also be able to provide feedback concerning the design.

USE OF LOGOS / ARTWORK / COPYRIGHTS / TRADEMARKS

You absolutely guarantee that any element of text or graphics furnished to us for inclusion in the design does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by someone else. You will hold harmless and protect All Star Championship Belts from any claim or suit arising from the use of such as furnished by you.

All drafts/concepts given or shown to you are for your review and comment purposes only.

We retain exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. We also retain ownership of all draft materials not used in the final design.

Prices are subject to change without notice. You must be at least 18 years of age or show us proof of parental consent to place an order.

We make every effort to produce original artwork. We will do no research checking on the legal availability of the name we are creating designs for. It is your responsibility to ensure that the name of their company, logos and/or artwork supplied to us by you is not already in use, and it is your sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. All Star Championship Belts and it’s employees will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image. We retain the right to display the artwork in our corporate portfolios and marketing materials.
